Tarragon, Basil & Cilantro Tuna Fish with Wild Arugula


My very own creation.  One can of Albacore tuna in water; diced organic yellow and orange baby bell pepper, purple onion and celery; a few leaves each of fresh-cut and chopped organic tarragon, basil and cilantro; small amount of mayo, yellow mustard, ground black pepper and roasted garlic-sea salt to taste; with wild arugula.  Serve on toasted, sprouted-whole grain english muffin cut face open.  Delish!
